For the MU19 WFC 2025, 9 teams received direct qualification based on the results from the previous Men’s U19 WFC in 2023. These were Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Czechia, Latvia, Slovakia, Norway, Denmark, and Germany. The remaining seven teams were decided in four regional qualification events.
Asia Oceania
The AOFC qualification was played in Honiara, Solomon Islands from 20th – 22nd September 2024. Australia, Japan, New Zealand and Singapore competed, with Australia and Singapore qualifying for the final round.
Americas
The AMER qualification was played in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, 2nd – 4th August. Canada made a clean sweep, beating USA in all three games and qualified for the final round.
Europe
Two qualification events were held in Europe. The first was in Pruszcz, Poland from 4th – 8th September, and the second will be played in Latisana, Italy from 29th January – 2nd February 2025.
In EUR1, Spain, Poland, Estonia, Belgium, France and competed, with Estonia and Spain qualifying. This is the first time that Spain has qualified for this event.
In EUR2, Austria, Great Britain, Italy, Netherlands, Slovenia, & Ukraine will compete for the final two places at U19 WFC 2025.
